Refund policy

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped from our warehouse.

Once the order is dispatched or out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
However, you may choose to reject the delivery at your doorstep, and the product will be returned to us.

If Funshaala cancels your order due to product unavailability or any other issue, a full refund will be initiated for prepaid orders.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.


Return Policy – 4 Day Easy Return

At Funshaala, we want every child to receive safe and happy toys.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can request a return within 4 days of delivery.

Returns are applicable for:

  • Damaged product

  • Defective product

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Missing parts or accessories


Eligible Products

All Funshaala toys including:

  • Learning Toys

  • Remote Control Toys

  • Educational Toys

  • Stuffed Toys

  • Activity Toys

are eligible for replacement or refund within 4 days.


Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in original condition

  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included

  • The product should not be broken, scratched, or misused

  • Original invoice must be provided

Returns may be rejected if the product is damaged due to customer misuse.


Return Process

  1. Contact Funshaala support within 4 days of delivery

  2. Share order ID and issue (photo/video if required)

  3. We will arrange a pickup from your address

  4. After inspection, we will process replacement or refund


Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless damaged or defective:

  • Opened baby care products

  • Hygiene-related items

  • Used toys


Wrong or Damaged Delivery

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a free replacement or full refund.
